Author, trainer, speaker and founder of Life in Flight Education, Andrew Staniforth's career spans 20 years both in training and education and importantly, the practical application of leading and managing a highly diverse, dynamic and constantly changing team of people. As Andrew puts it: 'I can't think of any other job where every day you go to work your customer base of hundreds of people changes at least three times as does your management team and staff. In my world, I travel at 900 km/h - if a problem with a customer or staff member arises, I have minutes, not hours, to solve it.'

Highly respected as a trainer and facilitator, Andrew Staniforth is sought after by large and small organisations alike for his ability to introduce and embed new ideas and concepts.
