Benjamin Hart has recently arrived in Australia to appear as British backpacker ‘Adam Rhodes’ in a six month stint on Neighbours.
British Actor Benjamin Hart made his movie breakthrough in the new comedy feature film Mr Right. Directed by brother and sister team Jacqui and David Morris Benjamin played the role of ‘Lars’ – the self centred, gold digging love interest to the lead. Mr Right is a feel good feature about loyalty, betrayal, urban survival and the ultimate triumph of friendship. It is scheduled for world wide release in the second half of 2007.
Benjie also appeared for 8 months as ‘Foz’ (tattooist and art teacher) in Britain’s HollyOaks, Foz was the likeable giant and unconventional in every way. Other TV credits include a role in American Princess the Granada US series.
Benjamin also enjoys corporate work and has presented the BBC’s Clothes Show live, 4 years in a row, with 20,000 people a day over a week’s period, interviewing brand managers, talking about product. He also MC’d in the largest fashion theatre in the NEC, interviewing music and fashion celebrities, education forums and Q and A’s.
Benjie has also presented Forums for the British Blood Foundation and Superdrug Stores UK.
His presenting television experience includes presenting the style section on VH1 London Fashion Week; he has interviewed many celebrities both in fashion and music for Dutch and British productions.
Benjie is a global angel which is Molly Bedingfield’s charity, a charity devised to educate people about children’s needs all over the world and is a spokesperson for the children’s Great Ormond Street Hospital in London.
Having had a hugely successful career as a model, Benjamin Hart is looking to continue his success in the acting world.
