Sales Consultants/Client Relationship Managers
The Saxton Corporation comprises a number of companies specialising in the provision of professional keynote speakers, training and business development programmes and facilitators to the Corporate, Government and Education sectors. Saxton also provides exclusive personal management services to many leading Australians in business and the entertainment industry.
Due to significant growth across our companies we are looking to expand our teams in Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland in the speakers' bureaux areas.
These roles are primarily associated with providing speakers and entertainers to the conference market.
They will involve responsibility for:
- Prospecting for new clients;
- Generating sales;
- Maintaining and developing client and speaker relationships;
- Creating and delivering speaker and entertainment proposals for our clients in a short time frame;
- Working closely within our team to develop creative and innovative concepts and ideas on delivery; and
- Maintaining customer satisfaction and sustaining steady growth
Your attributes and skills:
- Experience in sales with a proactive attitude;
- Good networking skills;
- Excellent communication, organisation and negotiation skills;
- Ability to develop relationships and maintain strong rapport with clients;
- Achieving/exceeding targets and budgets;
- Self motivated and results focussed;
- Solid work ethic and ability to work in a team environment; and
- Intermediate MS office skills
Applicants will likely, but not necessarily, have a background in the meetings or hospitality industries. A proven sales background is highly desirable.
