Client Services Coordinator
An opportunity exists in the Melbourne office for a professional and committed administration assistant with receptionist experience.
The role is to assist the sales team with:
* Contract generation for events;
* Invoicing clients;
* Liaising with clients, speakers and talent in order to finalise event bookings;
* Travel logistics relating to the event; and
* General administrative tasks
Key competencies of the role include:
* An excellent telephone manner;
* Being a team player;
* A passion for and experience in customer services;
* Being highly motivated and possessing a positive attitude;
* An ability to work independently; and
* A proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
In order to succeed in this role you will be required to possess sustained attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
