Tiffiny Hall

Author, performer, 5th Dan black belt, Gladiator, journalist, Tiffiny Hall has many titles to her name.

Growing up in a family of black belts, health and fitness is a lifestyle for Tiffiny Hall. She began Taekwondo at the age of 4 in the family Taekwondo business with her father an Olympic Taekwondo coach and her mother one of the first black belt women in Australia. For more than ten years, Tiffiny has been a positive role model for young people, and is professionally recognised by the government as a martial arts Instructor and self-defence specialist, and a valued health and fitness expert in Australia. She was recently featured in the Herald Sun among the top ten healthiest people in the nation. She is passionate about educating and entertaining her audiences with strong messages for self-confidence, empowerment, positive body image, leadership and health in schools and at a corporate level.

Tiffiny Hall is as passionate about her studies as her health and fitness, completing VCE with an ENTER of 98.95 and graduating from Melbourne University with a journalism degree Bachelor of Arts/Media and Communications and a Diploma of Modern Languages in French. Whilst at University she travelled extensively through Europe, completing her French degree in Paris.

The highlight of her career was the launch of her anti-diet and self-empowerment book How to create your ULTIMATE BODY and keep it! with Wilkinson Publishing in April this year. Her book was an immediate sell-out success and is currently in a second print run. It was rated as a top weight loss book by Today Tonight.

Tiffiny Hall began her writing career as a columnist for the Herald Sun in Melbourne and wrote freelance for many travel and health magazines.

Tiffiny was recently featured on Today Tonight as a "lethal weapon." At the age of 24 she has been training in martial arts for two decades and has already achieved her 5th Dan black belt (a level higher than Jean-Claude Van Damme!) and collected more than ten National titles.

Tiffiny’s athletic prowess, determination and mental toughness were recognised last year when she became the first journalist in history to beat thousands of hopefuls and was selected as one of Australia’s most formidable athletes, a Gladiator. She starred as Channel Seven’s most popular Gladiator, Gladiator Angel. She specialised in aerial events, combat and speed climbing.

Tiffiny’s taekwondo school programs have been running for over ten years specialising in self-defence and building strong self-esteem.

Tiffiny Hall is now a full time non-fiction and fiction author, currently working on the launch of a novel later this year and her self defence book Fighting Fit Females.
