Synopsis:
Greg Champion is a prominent radio personality and corporate and community entertainer, recognised in Australia and abroad for his unique blend of comedy, sport parodies and country/folk music.
Current experience:
As a radio personality Champs has been a member of the Coodabeen Champions since 1983, a radio team which has become an institution on commercial and ABC radio.
As a public figure Greg Champion is invited to compere or host a number of key charity and community events each year.
He has extended his work into the field of songwriting and writing, having published two books in the Thoughts Of Guru Bob series, two Christmas songbooks with Colin Buchanan and, with his radio team, two Coodabeen Champions humour books.
Previous experience:
Champs began his career in corporate and community events around 1990 and has since performed at such prominent events as three AFL Grand Finals, two Adelaide Grand Finals, and two One-Day Cricket Finals, as well as at countless functions at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. His national and international commitments have taken him as far as New Zealand, Nashville, France and Fiji and his passion for everything Australiana has led to performances in Weipa, French Island, Keppel Island, Katherine, Ceduna and Broken Hill.
Greg Champion is committed to contributing to key community causes and events, involving such areas as being Life member of the Aust Tibet Council and a long time member of ACF, Greenpeace and Environment Victoria. Greg is now also an Ambassador for the White Ribbon Foundation, Australia.

Greg is fantastic, best we've ever had, everybody loved him
Greg was not on until last, so he had all day to sit and listen, he was happy to talk to all of our farmers, mingle and learn about the industry. We really enjoyed his act and especially the song he wrote for us.
Greg went down a storm. A crowd of 700 in stitches. The tone was right, the jokes were right and we all found him highly amusing.
