She consults to organisations including Australian Mushroom Growers, Moraitis Fresh Produce and the Heart Foundation and has been part of the audition team searching for Masterchef contestants for 2012 and the mini masterchefs who cooked their way into our hearts in 2011.
Janelle contributes to numerous charities and community programs including Ronald McDonald House and Randwick, where she has been an Ambassador for six years as well as a weekly volunteer 'Working as a volunteer puts everything into perspective' Janelle believes; 'It's something we should all do'.
