Jodie is a consumer psychologist and was the Consumer Presenter for Channel Nine's TODAY, a regular contributor on news and current affairs, radio, a guest panelist and a columnist for various print media and industry related publications. Jodie's business Armore was established in 1994 in Australia, and was highly successful in the Australian Business Achiever Awards and also won the bid for the preferred training organisation for the Sydney Olympics retail division in 2000. Armore's UK office opened in February of 2009.
Jodie has featured on the front cover of both the Australian Small Business magazine and Direct Marketing International in the UK/Europe. She is currently writing her first book on the psychology of consumerism. Most recently, Jodie was privileged to judge at the UK National Customer Service Awards.
With over 20 years business experience within Australia, Asia, UK and Europe, a degree in psychology, 16 years as a keynote speaker and training at the National Institute of Dramatic Arts (NIDA), Jodie is one of the most sought after speakers, trainers and consumer media presenters.
She has been described as the 'Human Dynamo' and the 'Change Maker' as a result of her high impact keynotes and ability to bring about change in the corporate environment. Jodie offers a unique balance between educating and entertaining audiences of up to 3000 through the use of humour coupled with her infectious enthusiasm.
