Jordan has found success in Australia and internationally as an actor, singer, popular panelist, sketch and stand-up comedian, comedy writer, improviser and voice over artist.
Best known as the front man of the comedy rock group The Axis of Awesome, Jordan formed the group along with band mates Lee Naimo and Benny Davis in 2006 and, over the past six years, the band has gone from strength to strength - with four sold out seasons and countless five-star reviews at The Edinburgh Fringe Festival and extensive tours throughout the USA, UK, Europe, Asia and Australia. With close to 50 million hits on YouTube, The Axis of Awesome have one of the highest rated comedy videos of all time. They have released four studio albums, a DVD, and have even starred in their own full hour TV special in Sweden!
Jordan gained fame as one of the creators and a principal performer and writer of Network Ten's sketch comedy program The Ronnie Johns Good Times Campfire Jamboree Half Hour Show Now On Television (aka The Ronnie Johns Half Hour), which showcased Jordan's outstanding comedy range as a comedy performer and sketch writer. The show was nominated for two Logie awards, including Most Outstanding Comedy Series and remains a cult comedy hit in Australia and internationally.
Jordan is a quick-witted and hilarious improvisor; an Australian National Theatresports champion, he has also guest-starred on Channel 7's Thank God You're Here and is a frequent guest on programs including Channel Ten's Good News Week, ABC's Q&A and was a permanent cast member on SBS sports panel show The Squiz.
In 2012 Jordan played the supporting role of Trax in the critically acclaimed Underground: The Julian Assange Story. With a stellar cast including Rachel Griffiths and Anthony LaPaglia, Underground premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival.
Jordan is also a professional creative and events host, and has contributed ideas, voices and characters to high profile advertising and promotional campaigns in Australia and internationally, with past clients including Nestle, KFC and Carlton United Breweries.
