Karen Conaghan has an extensive corporate background as a line manager and team leader with over 25 years experience in both government and private sector – including sales, marketing, banking and finance, information technology, transport and manufacturing.
Karen has significant experience with senior partners and leadership teams of professional service firms – legal and accounting. Her background in corporate training and development, counselling, group facilitation and individual and team coaching provides a strong platform for developing individual and group performance.
Developing high performance teams and leaders is a key focus area for Karen. She works with individuals and teams in identifying their strengths and potential growth opportunities, then supports them in undertaking steps that lead to improved workplace performance.
