Speaker Profile
Kevin Green is a self-made multi-millionaire and social entrepreneur. He is one of the UK's largest residential property landlords and his property portfolio runs into the hundreds.
The 47-year-old has a wealth of experience in the property investment world and heads a number of successful companies and property related businesses. Land development, lease options and commercial deals all form a major arm of his business today, together with his continued growth of the buy to let portfolio. He is also involved in mentoring coaching under his own brand: Kevin Green Wealth (KGW).
Before making his fortune in property, the hero of Channel 4's Secret Millionaire was a successful dairy farmer. In 1999 he won a Nuffield Scholarship in agriculture and studied the attitudes and personalities of high achievers. He also interviewed the likes of Bill Gates and Sir Richard Branson. During the study he learned the simple principles for success and determined the common elements that contributed towards that success. He bought his first property soon after, using credit cards to bridge finance the deposit of a buy-to-let mortgage. After quickly renovating it and selling it at a profit, he bought a second. The rest is history.
Over the last decade Kevin has continued to thrive in business and he chooses to give back to the next generation of property entrepreneurs by sharing his knowledge and wisdom. His specialities include motivation, empowerment and coaching and he enjoys giving businesses and organisations an insight into what it takes to become successful in the property/investment business world.
The property guru, who hails from Burry Port in South Wales, loves to educate, motivate and inspire others and his passion and enthusiasm is quite infectious. These qualities have catapulted him into worldwide demand as a speaker at conferences, dinners and seminars.
Kevin recently spoke at the National Achievers Congress in London with Sir Richard Branson, Lord Alan Sugar, Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki to an audience of 8,500.
Kevin is a regular commentator on property and business within a cross-section of UK and international media resources. The dad of three is an ambassador to Make-A-Wish Foundation and has personally contributed over £300,000. He is a Patron of the World Hunger Project and a member of the Professional Speaker's Organisation.
