His management experience is extensive having progressed through Junior, Middle, and Senior Management in Advertising & Marketing, to Director of Sales with a leading medical equipment and pharmaceutical supplies company.

He's won awards at every sales level, broken National Records, built dismantled and re-built successful sales teams and maintained his Entrepreneurial Free Spirit throughout. His energy is boundless which is reflected in his other coaching roles as a qualified FA Football Coach, Welsh Rugby Union Rugby Coach and Rugby Referee!
