Mandy Holloway is in the business of creating corporate solutions which balance the nurturing of human capital with the achievement of strong bottom line results. Before establishing her practice she assisted a colleague for 2 years in a business start up and prior to this Mandy combined her business and learning expertise to successfully create and lead KPMG’s line of service called Learning Systems for Change.

Mandy qualified as a chartered accountant and spent ten years in audit and the last fifteen years designing, developing and delivering learning solutions to achieve sustainable results for her clients.

During her career she has gained invaluable experience in project and people management while also earning a reputation for her consultative and inspirational leadership skills.

Mandy’s communication skills are widely respected and valued by her clients. She has proved time and again that she can communicate effectively through all levels in an organisation.

Executive coaching

Mandy has the experience, expertise and capabilities to work closely with executives to design the kind of coaching service they want. She brings a thorough tool kit and extensive life experiences to give her the ability to really challenge any executive she coaches.

During her career Mandy has worked closely with various organisations to develop performance management systems – from simple to highly sophisticated. Her flexibility and practical approach make it easy for clients to create a solution that works for them.

Change Management

Mandy has significant experience working on large projects involving major change, consulting with clients on how best to manage the people side of the change and facilitating workshops for those either on the receiving end of the change or “leading” the change.
