Michael 'Mick' Doohan is not only one of the all-time great champions of 500cc motorcycle racing, he is also one of the best-known sportspeople in the world. He has overcome serious injury and intense competition to clinch five World Championships in one of the most physically and mentally-demanding sports there is.
