Throughout his career, which included five years with ACI and five years as National Sales Manager for Hunter Douglas, Michael has demonstrated personal strengths in formulating sales and marketing strategies, developing and directing sales teams, providing innovative methods of motivation, setting and achieving sales targets, planning and implementing promotional activities and identifying business opportunities.
Mike Schoettler says he learned more about the importance of results when his sales manager put him on straight commission. This taught him the power of focus and the importance of mastering the basic skills of selling.
