Nicky joined Coxy's Big Break as a reporter in 2004, and also a reporter on Melbourne Woman, where she imparts fashion and make-up tips in the Cover Shoot segment. She recently played model Chrissy Grant in a cheeky send-up role on Network Ten's Russell Coight's Celebrity Challenge, and guest starred in SBS TV's comedy Fat Pizza as well as the Melbourne stage version.
Nicky modelled on the Nine Network's Sale of the Century and has graced the covers of the Pumped Up Downunder calendar, Inside Sport and Ralph magazines. She won the crown of 'Sports Model of the Year' in 2004 and 'Miss Photogenic' for 2002-2003. Other gigs include cheerleading for Melbourne Storm and Melbourne Tigers, appearing on Nickelodeon children's program Sarvo, and featuring in music videos, including The Androids.
Racing fans would also recognise Nicky as the face of Moonee Valley, and for her regular stints on Channel 31's Hold Your Horses. Nicky began modelling with Vivien's Model Management in 2000
