Pam Harris has twenty years experience in the field of Learning and Development and her training workshops are always enjoyable, high energy and involving. Pam puts people at ease in the learning environment and focuses on transferring skills to the real work situation.
Since 1993 Pam has been working with major organisations to facilitate and develop a wide range of workshops in professional development and people skills.
Prior to establishing a consulting business, Pam managed the training function for an international bank, a business association and a food manufacturer, and was a financial adviser. Her career in learning and development began after completing a degree in education, and the financial sector has been her main client focus.
Pam specialises in communication skills and is an accredited facilitator for the internationally acclaimed program Think on Your Feetâ. Over the past ten years Pam has helped many hundreds of people master the art of presenting their ideas with clarity, brevity and impact. Handling difficult questions with confidence and targeting the message to the listener are also key skills that Pam can help her clients develop.
Another key area of her consulting work is Time Management where she helps people discover how to focus their activities and energy to achieve results and minimise stress. Pam has extensive experience in developing and tailoring programs and always includes case studies, topics and activities that reflect the issues most important to her clients.
