Phoebe Fraser spent six years working in emergency situations throughout the world. With experience in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and the Balkans conflict Phoebe’s experience contributes to a unique world view.
Since returning to Australia Phoebe served as a Commonwealth Representative on the National Council for the Centenary of Federation.
Phoebe has successfully run the marketing and communications department for CARE Australia.
Phoebe is currently undertaking a PhD in international law at the University of Melbourne. She is specializing in the area of international war crimes and crimes against humanity.
