Pim Verbeek was from 2007 to 2010 the head coach of the Qantas Socceroos. He oversaw Australia's qualification for the 2010 FIFA World Cup inn South Africa, guiding the Socceroos through 14 qualification matches for 9 wins, 3 draws and 2 losses, and a brave yet ultimately unfruitful performance in the competition itself.
In April 2010 he was appointed the national youth technical director for the Moroccan national soccer team, with an aim to identify and develop young talent for the hitherto unsuccessful side.
Pim has coached professionally since 1980, including for clubs in Holland, Japan and Germany and at the international level with South Korea at the 2002 and 2006 FIFA World Cup's, 2006 Asian Games and 2007 AFC Asian Cup.
Pim exemplifies how sophisticated planning, determination, personel management together with vision and leadership can deliver results in the most competitive of global environments.
Pim is well placed to share his knowledge and varied experiences encompassing leadership, motivation, people management and remaining competitive in a global environment. He is a commanding speaker with a wealth of powerful personal and corporate messages.
