Dr Robert Davies has held faculty appointments at the London Business School, the Stern Graduate School of Business at New York and in Canada at the University of British Columbia and McGill University.
Robert also spent 5 years as a senior consultant with Monitor Company in the US and Europe where he was responsible for the company’s European management development practice.
Over the past twenty-five years Robert has designed and facilitated strategy and leadership workshops for the top management of a broad spectrum of international companies in more than 40 countries across Europe, North and South America, Africa, the Middle East, Japan, ASEAN and Australia.
He is the author of articles in the fields of international business,
economics, strategy implementation, business organisation and culture in both academic and practitioner journals. His research interests are in the interface between strategic innovation, leadership and the effective implementation of change.
After receiving a BA in Economics from the University of Kent at Canterbury and an MA in International Economics from Carleton University, Canada, he worked as a research economist for the Bank of Canada before returning to the UK to complete an MA in Industrial Relations and a PhD in International Business and Economics at the University of Warwick.
