Rod Biasca is founder and principal of R. Biasca & Associates, a small and prestigious Argentine consulting firm in the Business Improvement field. His book “Productivity” gave him publicity in the 80's and his books “Resizing” and “Change Management” were best-sellers in Latin America in the 90's. A new, up-dated set of books were published in 2000-2001. There is no Spanish speaking author that has published so extensively in the subject.
In the late 90’s, an aggressive expansion began in Latin America, with special emphasis in Mexico and Colombia. There is no single country in Continental Latin America in which the firm has not worked. In the Third Millennium the expansion in the US began. In September 2002, Biasca & Associates was registered as a US company.
Rod has had an intensive professional life as a manager, consultant and author. He has studied and worked in more than 200 organisations in 24 countries. Since 1966 he has taught at 44 universities in 24 countries and delivered in excess of 450 management seminars. He has worked with organisations such as the United Nations, Gillette, Siemens, Total, Baker-Hughes, Dekalb Argentina, John Deere, Andre & Cie, Sherwin Williams, Cargill, Danfoss and Kraft-Nabisco.
Rod is the author of 13 books, 42 booklets and 140 papers on business, leadership and change management. He is the recipient of 12 scholarships/fellowships/grants from the US, Japanese and Argentine Governments. Currently he is Adjunct Professor at Colorado Technical University and Affiliate Professor at Regis University, School for Professional Studies.
