Sarah Cornally is a facilitator, speaker, consultant and executive coach with a unique ability for spotting maximum leverage points in businesses, people and organisations.
She has 20 years experience consulting to organisations applying an effective blend of emotional intelligence and behavioural science to achieving performance outcomes and cultural change.
Initially her influence was in the field of occupational health and safety. As an Occupational Therapist, her work was to inspire, motivate and lead people through the return to work process whilst negotiating the minefield of legalities and industrial relations. She specialised in the untreatable and achieved a 70% success rate. This involved working with organisational culture issues including leadership and management to achieve impressive results.
Her experience exposed her to every area of industry, commerce and government, from the shop floor to the boardrooms of Australia.
Renowned for her ability to influence people and achieve performance beyond expectations, Sarah was headhunted by organisational leaders for her insights to human performance and facilitating behavioural change to deliver business results. Achieving over 400% measured increase in effectiveness in senior executive groups alone has placed her in demand amongst those who are serious about results.
Her first degree was in Applied Science including both biological and behavioural sciences. Her Masters degree in Safety Science included organisational behaviour, law and engineering.

She has presented on several leadership programs including St James Ethics Centre’s, Sir Vincent Fairfax Leadership Awards Program, Young Achievement Australia & Johnson & Johnson New Leaders Foundation. She writes regular articles on leadership issues for industry groups.
Sarah Cornally is the National President of the National Speakers Association of Australia 2000-2002 and serves on the Executive Council of the International Federation of Professional Speakers.
