Shannan has over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, he has built extensive experience and knowledge in the areas of exercise, fitness, nutrition, health and motivation.

Current Work:

Always motived to find ways to make fitness fresh and interesting, Shannan continues to develop and deliver innovative personal training, fitness, motivational and general life solutions to many individuals, companies and teams at a national and international level.

Shannan trains the same way he lives his life - with respect, integrity, physical and mental discipline as well as strength in mind and body. This approach allows him to connect with people and get the most out of them - driving them harder than they could ever have imagined and motivating them to achieve their personal goals.

Shannan's commitment to improving people's lives through health and fitness continues today through his personal training and group workout sessions.

Shannan is a proud Ambassador for a number of charity organisations such as Cure Cancer Australia, Melanoma Institute Australia and Muscular Dystrophy NSW to name a few.

Previous Experience:

Shannan showcased his skills as a fitness trainer and mentor for 11 seasons on the hit TV show The Biggest Loser Australia. His passion and expertise helped contestants reach their personal goals and made him the most successful trainer on the show.

Always looking to challenge himself Shannan appeared in season 1 of Channel 7's hit show SAS Australia: Who Dares Wins, and made it to the final five before having to withdraw after suffering hypothermia three times
