She runs programmes and does professional speaking in Australia and overseas. Sue is considered one of the leaders in Australia in the practical application of emotional intelligence and positive psychology in the workplace. She is an author of works on Positive Relationships in the Workplace.
Sue's working experience has taken her from the UK, Europe and Australia, working in retail, travel, recruitment services, financial services, government organisations and global IT organisations. Her diverse experience ensures real-life examples are brought to the consultancy role. Sue has consulted to organisations in Australia, UK, Asia and Tanzania, ensuring a depth of experience in cultural diversity and human similarity.
Her knowledge of neuroscience and psychology ensures an understanding of human behaviour which complements her practical and theoretical knowledge of organisational development, human resources, management and business practice.
Sue's natural style inspires and motivates people to maximise their skills and achieve their potential through self discovery. Sue also provides motivational and inspirational speaking presentations.
