Tiffiny Hall is a radiant role model. Writer, Taekwondo champion and TV presenter, she has many titles tucked under her Fifth Dan Black Belt, now including her full time job as the new trainer on Network Ten's The Biggest Loser: Families where she leads four siblings to long-lasting weight loss. Tiffiny's segments on The Circle and her innovative, holistic approach to weight loss on The Biggest Loser empowers everyone, especially women, with a strong anti-diet message that is both inspirational and authentic.
In April 2011 Tiffiny released Weightloss Warrior: How to win the battle within, a stunning, comprehensive, full-colour guide to a healthy mind and body. Since making her television debut on the Channel Seven hit show Gladiators where she starred as the charming Angel, Tiffiny's TV credits have expanded to a regular spot on Channel Ten's morning show The Circle as both personal trainer to the show's host Chrissie Swan and all-round 'Health Ninja'.
Tiffiny is the most experienced female martial artist for her age. With State and National titles under her belt she has built a career in Taekwondo not only as a competitor but also as a performer. Daughter to black belt parents, her father the Olympic Taekwondo coach to gold medalist Lauren Burns, Tiffiny has applied the same fighting spirit and determination which she learnt through sport to all of her academic pursuits.
She began her writing career at the age of twelve, winning the John Marsden award for creative writing in 1996. Tiffiny graduated from University of Melbourne in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts/Media and Communications and a Diploma of Modern Languages in French. Whilst at University she traveled extensively through Europe, completing her French degree in Paris at the UN, Centre International d'Études Pédagogiques. After completing her studies, Tiffiny went on to freelance for health and travel magazines before writing her own weekly column at The Herald Sun. In 2009 she published her first book, How to Create Your Ultimate Body and Keep It! (Wilkinson), which was rated one of the top weight loss books by Channel Seven's Today Tonight and continues to be a best-selling health and fitness title in bookstores.
Tiffiny is one of the most in-demand speakers on the school circuit, working with the respected Booked Out Speakers Agency running programs such as 'VCE black belt', 'Eat your way to straight As', 'Health is beautiful' and active self-defense courses for both students and staff. Her message of confidence and empowerment resonate with children and school communities across the country. Inspired by her young audience, she is working on a YA action-adventure book series. Tiffiny is also extraordinarily popular on the international corporate speaking circuit for her 'Healthy You, Healthy Business' program.

The Launch Box - Tiffiny Hall was the highlight of The National Leaders' Conference! Tiffiny ran one of the most incredible and motivating sessions I have been privileged enough to take part in. She engaged the students in physical processes, whilst at the same time leaving them hanging on every word. Tiffiny's ability to connect with every student in the room was simply amazing! The National Leaders - A tough audience, made up of over 80 year ten students, was truly captivated by Tiffiny Hall and her story. There were some incredibly high expectations when she agreed to support our "emPOWERme" program, run as part of Lord Somers Camp and Powerhouse, and her phenomenal presentation did not disappoint.

She was an outstanding speaker and the students found her to be entertaining nad engaging. She talked about goal setting and gave advice as to how to achieve those set goals. Tiffiny spent time talking to students, [signing] autographs and answering their many questions about her career and future plans.

Coach Approach - Tiffiny was absolutely fantastic on Friday night so thank you so much for organising her. She was an absolute hit with the Diamond Dons and I dare say she helped Gladiators gain a few more viewers last night.
She spoke really well, was very entertaining and appealed to all ages. Most members went and had a chat to her at some point during the night and she gladly signed autographs and posed for photo's. Tiffiny was watching the kids in the Little League during the Half Time break and asked me if she could go and meet them once they were off the ground, once I took her down there and I'm not sure who was more excited, the kids or Tiffiny.
She's fantastic for the Channel 7 brand and I can't gush enough as to how great she was as nothing was a problem for her and she was the perfect guest.
