Presently serving as the Inclusion & Diversity Senior Manager at the Australian Red Cross, Chyloe plays a pivotal role in co-developing and implementing their comprehensive Inclusion & Diversity Strategy, leading their inclusion and diversity learning framework, and coaches leaders on fostering a sense of belonging within their respective spheres.
