Current work

At My Table, Chelsea’s first cookbook was a sell-out success and with a second on its way, audiences will be able to enjoy another treasure trove of delicious recipes. In the meantime, her recipes can be relished in weekly installments through Woman’s Day Magazine or TVNZ’s Good Morning. She is also proud to be Beef + Lamb NZ’s Ambassador, Head of Recipe Development for mEAT magazine and in high demand for cooking demonstrations around the country.
