Feedback
Thank you Jason for your attitude and willingness to collaborate and assist other channels such as the multiple presentations, meetings and area events across the Branch Network. Your presentations around SMART goals, work/life balance and resiliency really connected with the audience on the occasions we had asked you to present. The attendees of our course ‘Inspire and Lead’ often referred to your presentation as a stand out highlight of the course in which they attended multiple presentations throughout the program. Many of them shared their key learnings from your presentation in their own final presentation. I believe your ability to understand the audience and share real life, personal examples allowed them to connect with you and motivate them. You were always well prepared with animated and slides including videos and theories. We also appreciate your proactivity to offer greater assistance and even offer to mentor some of our up and coming leaders - this meant a lot to them and was a generous gift of your time and investment in their development. Your presentations were natural, down to earth, involved a laugh and with great use of media. I am glad we got to work together on multiple occasions and am certain you will do exceptional in all upcoming endeavours. Leading Financial Institution

I wanted to thank you for the time you took out of your day to present to us at the event yesterday. It is invaluable to hear of the experience of executives within our organisation and specifically how you have balanced your passion for two professions throughout your career. The way you speak of your role, your people and your family with such passion show the true qualities of a leader. It was great to hear you speak of the sacrifices both you and your family have made over the years to achieve your goals.
