Max Franchitto BA, MBA, CPM, FAMI, FAIM, MAICD is the Managing Principal and Founder of MGF Consulting Group, a service management and marketing consulting practice developing solutions in marketing and service management to help achieve sustainable competitive advantage. His many years of research and practical hands on experience with top companies and small businesses make him an expert on advising sales and marketing driven organisations, linking customer satisfaction, loyalty and value with growth and profit, within a business-to-business or business-to-consumer environment.

- Evaluating the customers' total and long-term value, while differentiating strategies to deal with 'high end' and 'low end' customers and their respective economic Value.

Max is published regularly in a number of Australia's top business publications and is currently working on his first book on business success strategies. He has a Bachelors Degree (Flinders University in South Australia) in Politics and Economics, an MBA (University of South Australia), majoring in Strategic Management and Marketing. He is also currently completing a Master of Legal Studies (University of New South Wales) in Financial Services Law and Corporate Governance. He is a recipient of the Macquarie University, Graduate School of Management 'Brambles Management Prize' for Management Consulting & Research and has attended Harvard Business School (Boston, MA) to specialise in Service Management Strategies.
His seminars and keynote speeches are fun, humorous and informative and have motivated over 1000 businesses across approximately 50 industry sectors.
