The Role

Working with an international team your primary responsibility will be to develop powerful brand relationships for our clients. To do this, you’ll be able to successfully…

  • identify and secure brand and values aligned partnerships for our clients and our talent;
  • build a significant pipeline of high value enquiries to achieve a high conversion rate as a key priority;
  • meet an agreed revenue target;
  • pitch to various level decision makers across small businesses to large corporates with tailored proposals;
  • leverage the long-established networks of our business and develop new ones;
  • understand industry markets and segments; and
  • manage some of our simply exceptional talent.

About You

Reporting to the General Manager – Influencer Marketing, you will be responsible for developing successful brand partnerships and influencer marketing opportunities which will deliver on key sales objectives.

To be successful in this role you:

  • will have strong proven sales and business development experience;
  • have the ability to identify strategic opportunities and act with initiative;
  • hold highly effective presentation skills, including the ability to pitch clients; and
  • are a motivated self-starter with a strategic and creative mind.

Ideally, you will have proven experience in brand partnerships sales within a brand or agency environment.
