Originally from the UK, Andy began his career as a professional poker player in Europe, where he sharpened his skills in reading people, managing risk, and staying calm under pressure. The lessons he learned at the table would later fuel a powerful career shift.
After moving to Australia, Andy took on high-performance roles in sales, team training, and startup growth, leading fundraising campaigns and coaching teams under intense pressure. But behind the scenes, he was facing a more personal challenge: addiction.
Ten years ago, Andy got sober and began rebuilding his mind through meditation, endurance, and discipline. He’s since completed silent retreats, ultramarathons in extreme conditions, and a deep study of how our minds are influenced, by others and by ourselves.
