Target Audience: Company wide open to anyone to enter or for teams and business units within the organisation
Tapping into the collective knowledge, wisdom and creativity of your people is becoming more important in today’s business climate than it has ever been before.
The ability to define problems, conceptualise, communicate and test solutions at speed is a skillset all organisations need in a complex and disruptive business environment.
This half, one or two day innovation challenge takes participants through a process and approach for defining problems and ideating ideas into tangible solutions and then rapidly prototyping and testing those solutions.
Designed around a challenge question co-designed with the organisation, the hackathon participants are taken through a journey from defining a problem, ideating to solution, developing a prototype and pitching the idea to a panel of judges.
Organisations often take the best ideas and explore them further with some clients developing new lines of business and business models as a result.
