I just wanted to send you a wee note to thank you so much for the great speech last night at the ACLA dinner. Your speech was both entertaining and thought provoking, and generated a great deal of post-speech discussion over dinner. I would highly recommend you to other organisations to speak at formal events.

Not only did you get your message across on The Chain of Responsibility' but you have continued to ensure that the Managers are discussing the topic. I am so pleased with the result that I have requested that another Hypothetical be arranged for our next meeting in September and have plans to involve our customers so they are able to better understand their responsibilities.

Colin Rees, CRT Group

The event went off extremely well. It flowed well, all participants were briefed and the rapport was excellent. As a delegate on the floor and knowing the subject very well, I could not fault the whole event. I am very happy to recommend David to act as a moderator for a similar event any time.
