STYLE BY DENI: Deni Todorovic is a Fashion Editor, Celebrity Stylist, Creative Director, Content Creator, Host and a respected expert voice within the industry with 12 years of industry experience under their belt.

Having completed their Fashion studies at the Paris Fashion Institute, Deni went on to work in both Buying & Product Development for Australian retail giant Myer, before moving to London. Across two years, Deni’s stint in the UK would span a career move to Fashion PR & Marketing followed by magazines. Interning and Freelance Assisting at titles including British Vogue, InStyle, Cosmopolitan UK and in-house for luxury brand Burberry. Following this, Deni returned to Australia and began a video-based fashion blog called ‘Style By Deni’. With this, their debut into the world of digital/social media began and Deni would go on to cover international fashion weeks and interview the likes of Toni Maticevski, Miroslava Duma, Kym Ellery, Martin Grant and collaborate with luxury brands including Colette Paris and Laduree.

With their sights set on the Australian magazine industry, Deni moved to Sydney and would go on to spend 4 years at Cosmopolitan Australia before its closure in 2018, working their way from Style Editor to Fashion Editor. The first male to do so in the magazine’s national history. Whilst also maintaining their career as a Freelance Celebrity Stylist working with talent including Delta Goodrem, Samantha Jade, Sam Frost and International talent Zara Larsson, to name a few.

Current Work:

Following the closure of Cosmopolitan Australia, Deni returned to his home town roots, where he is now based and over the last 18 months has worked between Geelong, Melbourne and Sydney with some of the countries leading brands, including Bonds, Wella and The Body Shop whilst continuing to foster industry relationships and client base.

Deni is also the Fashion Editor of The Geelong Advertiser’s GT Magazine, the Westfield Geelong Personal Stylist/Shopper and the official stylist of the GRC’s Geelong Cup.

As a result of COVID-19’s lockdown restrictions, Deni returned to their video blog/presenting roots and started an IGTV series to further connect with their growing audience. Their series has featured guests including Pia Miranda, Steph Claire Smith, Sophie Cachia, Camilla Franks, Samantha Jade and Tanya Hennessy to name a few.
Their audience now spans close to 15k Instagram followers, with an average weekly reach of 65k and 400k weekly impressions.

A vocal activist for Queer rights/human rights and pushing the narrative forward particularly around topics of gender, sexuality, fashion, politics, race and equality. Deni identifies as Gender Non-Conforming and gay. Their core values are to inform and inspire, whilst always remaining authentic to their sense of self.
