Evelina
Bereni

Psychologist, Musician & High Performance Expert

She/Her

What matters for sustainable high performance isn't your 'I'ntention. It's your 'A'ttention

Profile

Psychologist Evelina Bereni sits at the intersection of behavioural science and live music, building keynote experiences that are memorable, practical, and immediately useful.

As a former judge of the AFR BOSS Best Places to Work Awards, and with two decades across aviation, construction, energy, mining, healthcare, technology, and professional services, Evelina has seen a consistent pattern: high performance doesn't break down because people stop caring. It unravels in the small moments leaders overlook. Her work centres on relational energy, the energy people gain or lose through everyday interactions, and how leadership behaviour determines whether performance compounds or drains under pressure.

Evelina brings the science to life through live musical demonstrations (ukulele/ keyboard/ vocals based on event fit), audience interaction, and fast-moving behavioural experiments that show how energy spreads, tension builds, and momentum is restored. Her keynotes feel different in the room because the message is experienced, not explained.

Evelina has delivered leadership and performance programs for organisations including Virgin Australia, Deloitte, Origin Energy, BHP, and the Royal Flying Doctor Service. She is the creator of AMP'D UP™, a science-backed methodology for lifting energy in the room and building sustainable high performance.
