Wirya

Change Management Expert

She/Her

Profile

Friska Wirya is the powerhouse behind Fresh By Friska - a change management consulting, coaching, facilitation and training service for executives, teams and businesses.

Friska is most known for her work with large corporates - a US$170m cost saving for the biggest gold miner in the Southern hemisphere, executing the digital response to COVID for Australia's number 1 university, and partnering with the largest engineering company on earth to win the race to net zero are a few examples.

Friska's differentiation is symbolised in its name - it’s about a fresh take. This means doing away with the old ways that aren’t getting traction, and being open to exploring and experimenting with the new and foreign - whether it be culture, technology, structure or strategy. Friska helps achieve that elusive behaviour change. Changes that stick.

Friska has industry experience with the battle scars to prove it. She has the innate ability to coach and impart her decade-long wisdom of driving change in 6 of the seven continents to audiences from Salesforce, Culture Amp, Ferrari, KBR, SMEC and Google.

Leveraging a modular approach that combines delivery modes of consulting, speaking, workshops, facilitation and coaching, she can adapt to a client’s unique needs.

On a side note, Friska is creating a game for change management, partnering with a renowned digital corporate games developer to make change capability a strength for more people, in more organisations, in more countries. She has also been selected by Meta as part of the Top 100 Consultants and Thought Leaders of the world, to provide her offerings in the metaverse - watch this space for the 4D avatar of Friska!

Many call Friska a social media star because she manages to enchant audiences through distilling her essence into compelling content.

As a result, Friska has spoken at Women Leaders Institute Summits in Melbourne, Sydney and Singapore, Female Influencers in Tech, Wonder
Women Tech, Women in Construction, Women in Engineering, Women in Mining, Women in Tech, Women in Leadership, Emergence and Digital Transformation Live.
