Every part of the session was oustanding. The insight gained from Laura in relation to group dynamics, motivation and leadership was fantastic. The correlation between various animal group dynamics and some aspect of human behaviour was thought provoking. Our team agreed that the day was not only very enjoyable, but also enhanced our appreciation and tolerance of our various personal characteristics and operating styles.
