Disruptive HR - How to develop people in the 21st century.

Previous Experience

Lucy has held Board-level HR roles in a number of large organisations, most recently at the BBC. She created Disruptive HR having grown frustrated with the lack of innovation and fresh thinking in the way people were being led and developed. She now runs the agency to help business leaders and HR functions to do things differently and has worked with numerous blue-chip companies all over the world.
