Innovation & Products

Innovation isn’t always loud or disruptive. Sometimes it looks like a small product tweak, a reframed customer problem, or a better way to say no. Product leader and space entrepreneur Solange Cunin explores how real innovation happens in the everyday—through product thinking grounded in curiosity, creativity, and execution.

Drawing on her journey from founding a space-tech startup to leading product at Amazon, Solange shares how she transitioned from engineering and waterfall-style development to agile, customer-led product thinking. She unpacks the mindset shifts needed to go from “big bets” to consistent, insight-driven product improvement—especially inside large, complex organisations.

A practical and inspiring guide for teams looking to transition to modern product mindset and unlock innovation through the work you do every day.
