Steve Lennon is a strategic provocateur, change-maker and incisive storyteller. He is an expert in strategy, innovation, business transformation and culture management. An original thinker, he has enjoyed a working career full of twists and turns involving many disciplines, industries, countries - and hundreds of valued clients and colleagues.

Steve has been client and consultant, banker and borrower, CEO and corporate coach. He has built, bought and sold companies, and has had to bury one or two as well.

Current work

As Principal, Digital & Design at Nous Group, Steve leads multi-disciplinary consulting teams to solve his clients’ most complex strategic challenges, partnering with them through transformational change. He enables business leaders to drive their digital agenda, defining strategy, leading design-led transformation initiatives and orchestrating deployment of enabling technology solutions and platforms. Innovation, leadership alignment, design thinking, cultural change and business strategy are all key elements of his approach, backed by the global resources of Nous.

Previous experience

Employment: After starting out as an accountant and auditor, Steve moved through roles as a corporate advisor, investment banker, corporate lender, management consultant, executive coach and led the Australian arm of Imagination, the world-renowned creative business. He spent 5 years as a Global Principal with Arup, the leading-edge design and engineering firm, served as Digital Partner with IT services and consulting giant Cognizant and took up his current role at Nous Group in October 2019.
