Sylvia Allen is President of Allen Consulting, an internationally recognized marketing firm located in Holmdel, New Jersey. She has been in business for almost three decades and, in addition to running her business, has been an adjunct associate professor of marketing at New York University for 20 years. Her agency has worked with a diversity of clients in the sports, entertainment and events marketing business including such nationally recognized ones as the Iditarod in Alaska, Pan American Sports Corporation, the San Gennaro Festival in New York, the Garden State Arts Center in New Jersey and countless local and regional festivals and events.

Current work
In her spare time, Sylvia started Sylvia's Children, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping Ugandan children who have been orphaned as a results of the AIDS epidemic.
