In this presentation, Tiff will discuss personal safety and the importance of self defence. She will take you through the top six self defence mistakes and the best ways to avoid a dangerous situation altogether or prevent one from escalating.
Tiff will then take participants through the basics of self defence, including: the most effective striking targets, an ASAP life saving drill, together with hard weapon and soft target practice. Previous martial arts experience is not required for the audience to take part. This fun and entertaining workshop with one of the world's top martial arts experts will leave participants feeling not only informed, but empowered.
Tiff will deliver a high energy, interactive keynote presentation that focuses on how to achieve a healthy and sustainable work-life balance. Tiffiny was absolutely fantastic on Friday night so thank you so much for organising her. She was an absolute hit with the Diamond Dons and I dare say she helped Gladiators gain a few more v ... keep readingiewers last night. She spoke really well, was very entertaining and appealed to all ages. Most members went and had a chat to her at some point during the night and she gladly signed autographs and posed for photo's. Tiffiny was watching the kids in the Little League during the Half Time break and asked me if she could go and meet them once they were off the ground, once I took her down there and I'm not sure who was more excited, the kids or Tiffiny.
