One of Australia's finest sports broadcasters.


Andrew Voss is one of Australia's most experienced sports broadcasters. During almost 30 years in the media, Andrew has covered Summer and Winter Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games, major tennis and golf events, World Cups and championships. Andrew is an extraordinarily versatile commentator; it is quicker to list the sports he hasn't called during his career than the ones he has!

Current work

Currently, Andrew is a much sought after columnist, writing for media outlets in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. He is also an in-demand master of ceremonies with corporate clients, including Daikin, Fuso Trucks, Aristocrat and Unilever. He regularly fronts events for sports clubs, organisations and charities. He has featured in a number of television advertisements and provided the voice-over for numerous radio advertisements in Australia and New Zealand.

Previous experience

Commentator: Andrew dreamed of being a commentator at the age of eight and now lives his dreams on a weekly basis as one of the most respected rugby league commentators in Australia and New Zealand. He currently works for Fox Sports Australia and Sky Sport New Zealand.

Radio & TV: Andrew has extensive experience in radio and television. He is a regular host of Radio 2UE's Breakfast Show in Sydney. He spent 18 years with the Nine Network, where he produced, hosted and presented numerous shows, including The Sunday Roast and Boots 'n' All. He was also a sports presenter for the Channel Nine News and the Today show. He was awarded a Gold Logie for his work with the Channel 9 Footy Show in 2009.

Author: In 2005, Andrew released Memoirs of a Rookie Parent (Murdoch Books), a compilation of a sports commentator's thoughts on early parenting. He played a major role in the Australian film Footy Legends and has provided all the commentary for the rugby league video games produced in the last 15 years by Home Entertainment Supplies.
