Anna
Liotta

Unlocking Generational Codes.

Profile

Anna Liotta, MA, CSP, is an award-winning keynote speaker and best-selling author with a deep understanding from 20 years of research on how generational demographics and dynamics affect every aspect of business success.

Early in her career, Anna identified a common theme: a fundamental lack of understanding between different generations within an organization hinders trust, alignment, and bottom-line outcomes.

This led to her life's work of helping people develop practical strategies for optimal communications across generations. Anna's most impressive generational credential, however, is that Anna is the youngest girl of nineteen children. This means that every Thanksgiving, graduation, or wedding is a fascinating case study in multi-generational communication.

Current Work:

As the founder of The Generational Institute™ and author of Unlocking Generational CODES, © Anna's clients range from the PGA of America to the NBA, from Amazon.com to Coca Cola.

Anna holds a Master's degree in Interpersonal Communication and she currently serves as the President of the National Speakers Association.

Feedback
Anna's presentation was insightful, funny, and extremely relevant to our employees. She did an amazing job of relating to everyone in the room, making sure they understood a 360-degree view of what is happening in the work environment, and validating each of the different generational situations. No one walked away thinking their perspective was better or worse than someone else, but rather that they could take an active part in making communication more effective across all generations “ and as a result, improve not only the company's performance, but their own value within the company. Coca-Cola

Anna's presentation was educational, enlightening, and empowering.

Microsoft

Hands down, the most valuable conversation we've had this year was facilitated by Anna Liotta. Anna's ability to extract the goals of our firm's owners and translate those into actionable items was something we never could have achieved without an objective and experienced expert.

Amazon

Anna's lecture on multi-generational communication was eye-opening and I learned so many things I can bring back to my team at Sysco. However, the biggest gift she gave was her willingness to share her personal, vulnerable stories and showed how that affects the audience so positively.

Sysco

Anna was the highest rated speaker 2 years running at our CEO Summit. We had to bring her back by popular demand.
