Bronwyn Kuss is one of the sharpest minds on the Australian comedy scene.

A wonderful writer and comedian who specialises in giving extremely dry recounts of everyday tragedies to astonishing comedic effect.  

So astonishingly in fact, that Bronwyn’s debut solo show saw her win the Melbourne Comedy Festival’s Directors’ Choice Award and get nominated for Best Newcomer. She went on to win the Melbourne Comedy Festival’s Pinder Prize – a prize that supported Bronwyn in her Edinburgh Fringe debut.

From the start of 2026, Bronwyn has been helping Triple R listeners rise as shine, as the newest member of their Breakfasters team.

She has featured on the ABC TV Melbourne Comedy Festival Opening Night Gala, performed at Just For Laughs Australia, and supported the likes of Hannah Gadsby, Nish Kumar and Mel Buttle. She released her first StandUp Special Sounds Good in 2025 (for which she won an AWGIE Award) and is also making a name for herself as a must-have writer on such shows as Guy Montgomery’s Guy Mont Spelling Bee (ABC TV) and The Project (Ten).

With her unflinching, unapologetic and unreal style Bronwyn is a comedian that other comedians pile up the back to watch year on year. Of course they do, she’s great.
