She spent over two decades with McDonald's, rising to Chief Restaurant Officer for Asia, Pacific, the Middle East and Africa after serving as CEO and Managing Director of McDonald's Australia, working closely with one of the world's largest and most successful franchise networks.
She went on to lead ANZ's Retail Australia division as Managing Director, before becoming Executive General Manager, Retail at Australia Post, overseeing a national network of more than 4,300 post offices, many of them franchised.
Catriona currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Football Australia and has previously held board roles with iiNet, Rest Super and the Sydney Festival.
