Daisy Pearce is a pioneer of Women’s Football in Australia. As one of the premier stars of the AFLW she has been at the forefront of the league since its debut on the national stage in 2016.
Daisy already boasts an astounding football resume having Captained the Melbourne Demons in their first two seasons (2017 & 2018) she was also awarded the club’s Best & Fairest for both those years, and is a 2x All-Australian representative. This followed Daisy’s esteemed career in the VWFL/VFLW.
Off the field Daisy is a practicing mid-wife.
Daisy sat out the 2019 AFLW’s season, whilst expecting twins, and used this time to further establish herself as an expert analyst for the Seven Network and on radio for SEN. She also continued her work at Melbourne, taking on an off-field role mentoring the club’s first-year players.
Daisy is humble, bubbly and caring with a strong passion for footy and is already back in training in preparation for the 2020 season.
