Greg
Blewett

Test Centurion & Seven Network Cricket Analyst

Profile

Greg Blewett is a cover drive that became must-watch television in the 1990s now sits behind a microphone, reading the modern game with the same precision.

Greg scored a century on Test debut against England at Adelaide Oval in 1995 and went on to play 46 Tests and 32 One Day Internationals for Australia, part of one of the most dominant teams world cricket has produced.

Since retiring from the game in the mid 2000s, Greg has built a second career in broadcast. He joined the Seven Network in 2018 as a commentator across Test cricket and the Big Bash League, adding two decades of match-day analysis to the insight he already carried from the middle. That combination gives him an ongoing read on what actually separates high-performing teams in cricket today: composure under pressure, clarity of role, and the discipline to repeat fundamentals when it counts.

Greg speaks to the discipline of professional sport, handling public failure, sustaining standards across a long career, and making decisions under scrutiny, translated into practical terms for teams operating under pressure of their own. He continues to co-host Triple M Adelaide's Dead Set Legends and remains one of the most recognised voices in Australian cricket coverage.
