Neurodiversity is a catalyst for possibility.
Laetitia Andrac is a founder, AI strategist, and neuroinclusion leader who is helping organisations understand and support diverse thinkers in more effective, human-centred ways. She is the CEO and co-founder of Understanding Zoe, the first AI-powered neuroaffirming platform that transforms how families, educators, and employers coordinate support for neurodivergent children and adults. She is also the founder of Essential Shift Consulting, where she has taught intuitive and human-centred leadership to global audiences for several years.
Originally from a small town in Provence, Laetitia developed a deep appreciation for community and different ways of seeing the world. Her global career has taken her across India, Brazil and Europe, including work as a strategy consultant in Paris, where she led complex projects in multicultural environments. After moving to Australia more than a decade ago, she built a career across telecommunications, consulting and early-stage ventures.
Laetitia previously served as a General Manager in AI at a major telecommunications organisation, where she developed significant expertise in using technology to improve human outcomes and strengthen leadership capability. Her lived experience as a neurodivergent woman and as the parent of a neurodivergent child gives her a grounded and authentic perspective on the invisible pressures many families and employees carry.
Her work includes contributing to Australia’s first large-scale study into the experiences of more than one thousand families raising neurodivergent children. Her insights have been featured on Channel 9 News, SmartCompany and Women’s Agenda, and are shaping inclusion conversations across workplaces and policy environments.
As a keynote speaker, Laetitia is known for her warm presence, French accent and ability to make complex ideas accessible. She blends data, human stories and practical tools that help organisations build cultures where every person can feel understood, valued and supported.
