Liam Power is one of Australia’s most in-demand Magicians, known for delivering modern, sophisticated magic that connects with corporate audiences. Liam’s fascination with magic began at sixteen during a holiday in Thailand, where he witnessed an American master magician captivate an entire village. The experience set him on a path that has since taken him across Australia and around the world.
Liam has built a career on creating impactful, contemporary performances that feel tailored to every audience. He has performed live on national television, including The Morning Show and Studio 10, and collaborated with The Fred Hollows Foundation on a documentary filmed in Cambodia. He was also a Speaker at TEDx UNSW in 2016. His festival work includes Woodford Folk Festival, Falls Music and Arts Festival, Bello Winter Music Festival, and sold-out seasons at Adelaide Fringe, Sydney Fringe and Melbourne Magic Festival. He also served as Magician in Residence at the inaugural Lost Lands Festival.
A trusted performer in the corporate sector, Liam has entertained teams at CBA, Atlassian, IBM and Macquarie Bank. Brands such as Arnott’s, Benefit Cosmetics and Thai Airways have commissioned him to create custom illusions to support product launches and brand messages. He has also delivered team-building workshops for organisations, including Google.
Liam’s experience spans more than 20 years across television, corporate events, luxury cruise ships, celebrity weddings and even live magic performances over ABC Radio. He has appeared at major venues such as the Sydney Opera House and Qudos Bank Arena and performed for international acts, including The Eagles’ exclusive tour party. His combination of technical skill, contemporary style and audience awareness ensures every event feels polished, memorable and uniquely magical.

Liam is a very professional, funny and creative magician, who kept my 143 guests highly engaged throughout the 30 minutes act. My guests absolutely loved him! Don't expect the usual corny tricks as his tricks are out of this world! I asked for the company logo to be included in his act and he had no trouble doing so. Plus, his act included jokes and references to the industry that my guests are working in, which delighted them. I'll definitely recommend and hire him again for any future events.
Liam ran a fantastic Magic Class for our corporate event. Wet weather meant a last minute change to our event and Liam was able to pull something together with 24 hours notice. The event was fun & engaging and we have had 5 star feedback from everyone who attended. We were even practicing our new tricks over beers that evening!
